1 cup shelled hemp seeds
3 cups filtered water
4 pitted dates soaked for half an hour
1 pinch of sea salt ( I use pink Himalayan)
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes depending of the strength of your blender, until combined. Place your nut milk bag over a large glass container. Pour the milk into the cloth and squeeze until all the liquid is in the jar. Store in the refrigerator for 2 days in a sealed glass container.
